The 10-story Luxuria tower enclave will feature 26 ocean estate residences along the deepest expanse of beach in Boca Raton, and it is the ONLY new development on the ocean in the area. There will be "unsurpassed seclusion and privacy". Each unit will boast magnificent ocean views and intracoastal views as well. There will be vast seaside terraces with private spa and fully equipped summer kitchens.
Luxuria is located on a 2 1/2 acre site at 2500 South Ocean Boulevard, just south of Camino Real and north of Hillsboro Boulevard. A rendering of the first floor plan is below.
Only 24 residences will range from 4,500 up to 25,000 sq ft, priced from $4,600,000 to over $25,000,000. Sizes will range from 3-6 bedrooms and 4-6 baths. There are three 2-story penthouses, two 2-story single-family homes, and 19 estate residences, which give "the feeling" of being single family residences and offer panoramic Atlantic Ocean views. All single family homes will have a midnight kitchen, and select penthouses will have a fireplace in the master bedroom. Sprawling formal and family terraces will range from 770 to 7,480 sq ft.
Private elevator lobbies and controlled-access elevators will use thumbprint technology and lead to owners' individual elevator lobbies.
Amenities include swimming pools, including a counter-current pool in the fitness salon, and spas for 4 estate residences, cabana baths and summer kitchens. There will be a 2-story lobby with a dramatic, gravity-defying water wall, a 2-story fitness center, 7-seat theatre, library, 2-story oceanfront lounge with plasma tv, catering kitchen, outdoor bar and grill, pool/beach attendant, valet parking, concierge services and a loggia with a fireplace.
Construction will begin in Summer 2005, with delivery planned late in 2007. Maintenance will range from $3200 - $6000 per month.
