The 10-story Luxuria tower enclave will feature 26 ocean estate residences along the deepest expanse of beach in Boca Raton, and it is the ONLY new development on the ocean in the area.

There will be "unsurpassed seclusion and privacy". Each unit will boast magnificent ocean views and intracoastal views as well. There will be vast seaside terraces with private spa and fully equipped summer kitchens.
